Add a Member to Your Channel

NOTE: Only users who have logged into MediaSpace at least once have accounts created in the system. You may want to instruct your students to log into the system before you attempt to add people to the channel.

1. Click on the button that says your name in the upper right corner, and click My Channels from the list.
2. Pick a channel, and click the pencil icon in the lower right corner.
3. Click on the Members tab at the top of the page.
4. Click the Add Members button on the right side of the page.
5. Enter the ODIN user name of the person you want to add.
6. Select an option from the Set Permission dropdown menu:
   Member: View channel content only.
   Contributor: View channel content and add media to the channel.
   Moderator: View channel content, add media to the channel, and moderate channel content.
   Manager: View channel content, add media to the channel, moderate channel content, and manage users.
7. Click Add.
